Welcome to Kingdom Animal Hospital. Since its foundation in 1950 by Dr. Lawrence Schmidt and his wife, Eloise, our practice (formerly Schmidt Animal Hospital) has grown from basic veterinary care to a full service animal hospital for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Dr. Kendra Wolk and her husband Tom purchased the practice in 2013. They have worked hard to develop the practice into the remarkable place it is today, all while raising a young family. Kingdom Animal hospital has two additional full time doctors working beside Doctor Wolk: Doctor Lizebeth Brenning and Doctor Morgan Langworthy. Each offer excellent care and concern for patients and their families.

Our hospital spans over 4000 square feet. The large treatment area behind the scenes provides space for care and treatment for outpatient procedures as well as an in-house laboratory and pharmacy.  There is also a dedicated cat and small animal recovery room, digital radiology room, and separate ultrasound, dental and surgery suites. We have 6 exam rooms, 2 of which are dedicated to cats and other non-dog patients to allow a lower stress experience for these species. One is reserved for contagious patients and aggressively disinfected after each visit as necessary. Another serves as a ‘comfort room’ with added privacy and seclusion.

Pet Supplies: Our spacious reception area includes a retail area where we offer veterinarian-recommended products, prescription diets, pet supplies, and more. We do our best to keep wait times short, but be sure to make time to check out our great toy selection!

Boarding: Limited. We are in the process of remodeling our previously spacious kennel to expand our hospital services, and no longer have regular kennel staff scheduled 7 days per week. However, we are able to provide some boarding including care for exotic pets or pets that require medication, on a case by case basis. Please call for more details.

Grooming: Coming soon! We are currently renovating our spacious grooming facility, equipped to keep your pet safe and comfortable while they are professionally groomed. Stay tuned for more updates.
