Veterinarian/Hospital Director
Dr. Kendra Wolk grew up in MI, and completed her undergraduate schooling at Michigan State and Michigan Tech Universities. At Michigan State, she was part of a Big Ten Championship cross country team. She chose to attend veterinary school at Ohio State University after interviewing there as well as Michigan State. After graduating in the top 10% of her class, she accepted a position as an Anatomic Pathology Resident in the Dept. of Vet Biosciences, and completed a Master of Science degree studying Influenza virus.
The residency supplemented her education with in-depth diagnostic and research experience. Throughout veterinary school and her residency, Dr. Wolk gained extensive experience providing medical care for birds of all species at the Avian Health Clinic in a small town near Columbus Ohio. She has a special place in her heart for your feathered friend, and strongly recommends at least annual visits to ensure a long, healthy life!
